These are exciting times to live in! We are on the verge of unprecedented outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our Church and our Nation. And it starts in our own neighborhoods—it starts at the Kmart, the Grocery store—our workplace. This outpouring of the Holy Spirit is really an outpouring of His Presence. I believe the Jesus longs to flow out of the Eucharist to be bread for all and He does that so often through you and me. We are offered at Mass what looks like a crumb of bread, and it becomes a whole bakery where people all over the city can be blessed by His Body and Blood through us.
Jesus was moved by compassion to see with His Father’s eyes of love the lost, the broken, the sick, the rich and the poor alike. Where He walked He intentionally released His Father’s Kingdom, “Everyone who came to Him was healed” (Matt 8:16) and He commissioned us to “do greater works than these” (John 14:12).
Why do I see these times in our world’s history so exciting? A time when there are more martyrs than all of Church history? Why am I hopeful about these days when it seems the darkness is increasing and our Governments have big problems? Because Jesus lives inside of me! “Christ in you the hope of glory”! (Col 1:27) Releasing His Presence in healing, freedom from bondage, prophetic words of encouragement looks like something amazing. It is more than just living a quiet witness of the Gospel. It is intentional, it is supernatural. A small candle extraordinarily brightens up a large dark room. Similarly, you and I are called to be on the offense and run into the dark places that are around us and see Him do “infinitely more than we can ask or imagine” (Eph 3:20).
How can we as His Body, release His Presence, His Kingdom in greater measures in these exciting times? Great question. “Come and see” Jesus said. Please come to this conference firstly to PRAY FOR MORE of God in your life. It is from our intimacy with God that fruitfulness will flow. Come and hear our talks on how you can practically give healing, miracles and freedom to a hurting, broken world around you.
I will be sharing with you about my experience of praying with prostitutes, drug addicts and dealers, business owners, people on planes, along with some stories from my 7 years serving in Sudan and Mozambique where I saw the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk, lepers cleansed and even the almost dead raised. I do not have a “special gift of healing”—I just understand who I am in Christ and I want to impart that onto you and give you many resources to press into this when you go home! Come and be a part of this amazing conference! Be blessed!
